PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pre-order items are stocks which are currently not available or yet to be released, and there is a period of four (4) to six (6) weeks before the item is shipped.

Before placing a Pre-Order with KEATAWAY OFFICIAL, please read and understand the following: 

1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3. At certain times, the ordered items will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks due to factors beyond our control (example: customs, courier service, supply interruption... etc.)
4. Do not order if you are unable to wait.
5. Once you place an order with us, it means that you have read, understood and accept our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.
